Are you QBCC licensed for commercial work?+
Yes. Licensed plumbing and drainage contractor (QBCC 1531 83252) and licensed gasfitter (Gas L946042). Happy to send the licence cards and a current certificate of currency before we start.
What insurance do you carry?+
Full public liability and trade cover to the level your contract requires. A certificate of currency goes to your contracts admin before site access, every time.
Can you handle a job our size and hit our program?+
Yes. You deal with Rusty direct, but you get Rusty and his team on site, so the job is resourced and your program keeps pace. Give him your rough-in dates and he will give you a straight answer, not an over-commitment that holds up your build.
Do you issue Form 4 and compliance certificates?+
Yes. Notifiable work is lodged with QBCC within the required window and the compliance and aspect certificates are in your hands at handover. The paperwork is never the thing holding up practical completion.
