Are you really open 24/7?+
Yes, I answer the phone any time, day or night. For genuine emergencies (gas leaks, major bursts), I’ll come out straight away. For most after-hours issues I’ll talk you through stopping it where you can, then I’m on-site first thing the next morning. Daytime breakdowns are usually a same-day visit.
Do you give free quotes?+
Yes. Most jobs I can ballpark over the phone. If it’s a bigger piece of work I come out, quote on-site, and you pay nothing until work starts.
Is there a callout fee?+
No. You pay for the work, not for me turning up. If I can’t help, there’s no charge.
How quickly can you get to me?+
For most breakdowns I aim for same-day service, often within a couple of hours, anywhere on the Sunshine Coast.
Do you do gas work?+
Yes. I’m a licensed gas fitter (Gas Licence L946042). Cooktops, ovens, gas hot water, BBQ points, leak detection and compliance certificates for property sales.
Do you do weekends and after-hours?+
Yes, every day of the week. Weekends and after-hours are no problem. Just call.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Fully licensed plumber (Contractor Licence 1531 83252) and gas fitter (Gas Licence L946042), fully insured. Every job is backed by written workmanship warranty.

What about warranty?+
Every job comes with a written workmanship warranty. If something I’ve installed isn’t right, I come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranty on parts is passed through and registered for you where applicable.
How does payment work?+
Pay after the work is done. Card, bank transfer, or cash, whichever suits. For larger jobs (renovations, big installs) I’ll discuss a payment schedule with you upfront so there are no surprises.
What does a typical job cost?+
Honest answer: it depends on what’s involved. Most small jobs (taps, toilet repairs, basic gas) land in the $150 to $400 range. Hot water swaps, drain blockages and minor repairs are usually $400 to $900. Bigger jobs like bathroom renovations, roof plumbing or main repairs get quoted in writing on-site. I’ll always ballpark over the phone before we book in.
